Ray Rose has been promoting access to education in schools and tertiary education for decades, and since 2007
has had a particular focus on Universal Design for Learning following some successful court cases in the USA that
proved all learners did not have the access to education that is their Human Right. Distinguished Professor Niki
Davis will host Ray online in UC Adobe Connect and with staff and students on campus in Wheki 451. Ray
contributed to the Teacher Education Goes into Virtual Schooling project that Niki led while working in the USA
until 2008 when she moved to UC.
