If you are having issues with content playback in Echo360 as a result of Adobe Flash Player, try the following:
Check your browser preferences to ensure you have Adobe Flash Player enabled in your browser.

- For Chrome, go to this page: Chrome://plugins and tick the “Always allowed to run” for Adobe Flash Player.
- For playback of downloaded captures: You can open the echo_desktop.swf file in Adobe Flash Player Beta Standalone program with full functionality. The Flash Player Beta Standalone program can be found at http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html
